Fate of Tehran journalist unknown after arrest

 The situation of detained journalist Saba Azarpeyk remains unclear five days after her arrest in Tehran.

The Kaleme opposition website reported on Wednesday that Azarpeyk was arrested at her place of work in the offices of the Tejareat-e Farda weekly magazine.

Azarpeyk’s family reports that they have not been informed where she is being held or what charges she is facing.

Azarpeyk's mother has been reportedly told that she will be held in solitary confinement for a month.
